  • To make my GIANT Candy Cane Cake, I made 12lbs of my rich Ultimate Chocolate Cake batter mixed with crushed candy canes, filled & iced it with my favorite coffee Italian meringue buttercream and covered the entire cake in White, Pink and Orange fondant.
